A working distributor's rooftop on the Waco skyline, with BIG RED DIST. spelled out in red block letters. Nobody restored it and nobody made it a monument. It has simply been standing there telling the truth about what's inside.

Is Big Red a Waco thing?

It is. Big Red was invented in Waco in 1937, in the same town that turned Dr Pepper loose on the world. Two soft drinks, one city, and a rooftop sign that never felt the need to explain itself.
