3. Purchases

By placing an order through the Site, you affirm that:

  • You are at least 18 years old or have parental consent.

  • All information you provide is accurate.

  • You agree to pay the full amount at checkout, including applicable taxes and shipping.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders at our sole discretion.

4. Shipping and Delivery

  • Orders typically ship within 3-5 business days.

  • Delivery times may vary depending on your location and chosen shipping method.

  • Crum Art is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs.

5. Returns and Exchanges

Every print is made to order in our Fort Worth studio, and we stand behind each one.

If anything is wrong with your order — damaged in transit, a printing defect, or our mistake — email info.crumart@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery with a photo. We will make it right at no cost to you: replacement, refund, or store credit.

If you change your mind, prints in original condition may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, exchange, or store credit. The customer covers return shipping. No restocking fees, ever.

6. Third-Party Services

We use third-party services such as payment processors, shipping carriers, and website analytics providers. These services operate under their own terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their actions.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Crum Art and its owners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Site or its products.
