One Topo Chico bottle, drawn in a single clean aqua line — and behind it, the whole show: a sky sliding from deep purple at the top, down through burning orange, to a soft peach sitting right on the horizon. No clouds, no cactus, no distractions. Betsy didn't invent that gradient. The bottle stays an outline, so the sunset pours straight through the glass — which is about the most honest way to draw a Topo Chico there is. What colors are in this West Texas sunset print?
The sky runs deep purple at the top, down through burning orange, to a soft peach right at the horizon. The bottle itself is a single aqua line. Nothing else is in the frame.
Does the West Texas sky really look like that?
It does. The air out past the pavement is dry and clear enough that the afterglow stacks in clean bands instead of blurring together. Betsy did not invent the gradient, she just held still long enough to get it down.
Why is the bottle drawn as an outline?
Because the glass is clear, so the sunset pours straight through it. Fill the bottle in with solid color and you lose the sky behind it, which is the whole reason to hang the thing.
Can you tell it is a Topo Chico without the label?
The long neck and those square glass shoulders give it away instantly to anyone who keeps a case in the garage. Everybody else sees a sunset first and the bottle a beat later.
